Title Insurance… What is it???

I’ve attached a good article that simplifies what exactly title insurance is. I think for a lot of buyers it sort of falls through the cracks during the escrow process and really never gets explained. Recently there has been a lot of talk about title insurance due to the possible “clouds” on title that may or may not go along with foreclosure sales.
